Requirements and Conditions
 

 
  Qualified candidates for Invest Korea Plaza are businesses :
square03_blue.gif Originally established outside of Republic of Korea
square03_blue.gif Any foreign companies or foreign investors wishing to invest at least USD $500,000 and having completed the registration of foreign investment notification.
square03_blue.gif Or those who have already invested more than USD $500,000 and want to make an additional investment of at least USD $200,000
square03_blue.gif Any foreign companies of foreign investors expecting to invest more than USD $500,000 within 2months of locating in IKP.(having received a written recommendation from one of KOTRA's overseas trade center.)

 

 

  Once the application is received selection committee will review the submission. Applicants can expect to receive a response regarding their application within two weeks of submission. If admission is approved, the company will be contracted to make leasing arrangement and prepare the company for it move to the Invest Korea Plaza. 
By locating initially at IKP, an international business will receive all the necessary support to underpin its success in Korea
